What is the condition?
Hydrafacial is not a disease or a diagnosis. It is a cosmetic procedure often chosen for a dull complexion, uneven texture or tone, visible congestion such as blackheads, dryness, and mild signs of sun- or age-related change.
Acne is a medical condition. A Hydrafacial may support the appearance of some mild acne-prone skin, but it does not replace acne assessment or treatment.
How Skinfinity treats this concern
We may use a verified Hydrafacial or hydradermabrasion device to cleanse, gently exfoliate and suction away surface oil, dead cells and debris. A topical solution or serum may then be applied.
The exact device, solutions, suction level, number of passes, LED step and hygiene process are confirmed with you before treatment.
Our approach is to adjust the facial to your skin rather than use the same serum or intensity for everyone. A Hydrafacial is a surface skin-care service; it does not diagnose acne or remove deep scars.
What we confirm with you before treatment
- The exact device used
- The solutions and serums applied
- The suction level
- The number of passes
- Whether an LED step is included
- The hygiene process
- Any peel or add-on steps
What outcome can you expect?
The realistic aim is skin that feels cleaner, softer and smoother and may look temporarily brighter, more hydrated or more even. Congested pores and mild roughness may look less noticeable.
Results differ from person to person and may fade as the skin produces oil and sheds cells.
A Hydrafacial cannot promise clear skin, permanent pore reduction, removal of acne, scars or pigmentation, younger-looking skin or prevention of breakouts.

Aftercare and long-term support
- Use a gentle cleanser, a bland moisturiser if your skin is dry, and a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher, together with shade and protective clothing.
- Avoid rubbing, very hot water and new exfoliants, retinoids or acids until you are advised.
- Normal fluid intake and balanced food support general health, but drinking extra water cannot replace moisturiser or medical treatment.
- Seek review for severe pain, blistering, bleeding, signs of infection or persistent swelling.
Suitability, limitations and safety
Whether a Hydrafacial suits you depends on the actual solutions, suction, peel and add-on steps used.
Please tell us about active acne or inflammation, eczema, psoriasis, open skin, cold sores, allergies, recent procedures and medicines.
A Hydrafacial does not diagnose acne, melasma or a changing mark.
Temporary redness, tightness, dryness, sensitivity, bruising or irritation can occur.
A persistent or severe skin concern should receive a clinical assessment.
